  • Every body is unique. While some clients see changes after 3-5 sessions, optional and long-lasting results are typically achieved with a series of 10-15 treatments. I customize your personal goals and starting point.

  • LPG Endermologie is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that uses mechanical massage to stimulate the skin and underlying tissues. It promotes lymphatic drainage, smooths cellulite, and enhaces the skin’s natural firmness - safely, comfortably, and without downtime.

  • During your session, you will be wrapped comfortably while therapeutic light and gentle heat penetrate your skin and muscles. This promotes detoxification, boosts metabolism, tightens the skin, and provides a deep sense of relaxation. Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes.

  • Not at all. Most treatment are deeply relaxing. Techniques like therapeutic deep tissue massage may create some mild discomfort in tight or sensitive areas, but I always adjust the pressure to your comfort level. After each session, clients usually feel lighter, refreshed, and re-energized.

  • I offer a holistic, personalized approach - combining advanced techniques with natural therapies, essential oil blends, and customized wellness recommendations. My goal is help every client not only look better, but also feel healthier, stronger, and more confident from the inside out.
